You can feed piranha anything.. Blood worm will make them grow faster from my experience, but i like feeding them pellet. It make the tank cleaner and you don't have to do a lot of cleaning. if you feed them feeder, sometime they will accidently bite eat other and you will see chunk off their body or fin.. but its normal, they heald fast....
