4" Reticulated Ray

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
erm if i had the room, id go with a trio of motoros. ive heard retics can be hard to keep, especially when smaller. histrixs i love, but cant find one. i think they are a bit more sensitive than motoros, and are smooth skinned, but they have a smaller max size, similar to the retics. i'd read the stickies in the ray bit and do a bit more research on them, you'll be able to make a more informed descision then

i have reticulated rays and they are amazing i had no probelem with food(they eat like pigs) and i already got 3 pups. But I need another female. So if anyone noes were i can get one. I live in windsor ontario.

Motoro look nicer IMO...

i aquired my retics around the 3.5 or 4 inch mark and they did fine for me, started off eating small ghost shrimp and now i've got them eating 2 ot 3 chopped night crawlers a day, now they are going on the 5.5 or 6 inch mark. ive had no problems with them and 59$ is a good deal to me, i paid 80$ each for my pair, as long as you keep on top of water quality and tank mantainence you will be fine with the retics.
