Ugh...how do people get away with stuff like this?! I don't mean McDonalds either! People are always looking for someone to blame for their weight problem just because they're too lazy to watch what they eat and get active!
"I only eat the dollar menu! And I work out with you once a week for 30 minutes! Why am I still fat?"
And that was an actual quote from a client of mine when I was a Personal Trainer.
Sorry for the rant. I actually like McDonalds, but I don't eat there everyday for every meal. And hopefully no one here does either.
