I used to work long hours as a service tech and i never had time enough to eat, so for breakfast I'd hit the drive through on my way to work and again in the afternoon on my way to the next service call.
After a year of that i had irregular heart rhythms, bad skin, bad acne, my finger nails were so soft i could bend them 90 degrees without breaking them, and I was almost always lethargic.
When I quit that job, I started cooking all my meals, and every one of those problems completely disappeared.
I'm don't blame fast food companies for that at all. I blame myself entirely, but I just never realized what it was really doing to me until I stopped eating it.
