And she’s done. Just waiting for the wood to sink in my pond. What do you guys think of putting rocks in with the wood as well? I have already purchased quite a lot of plants which are currently in my friends tank so probably another few days till I fill this up

still not sure on stocking yet but it would either be use the cheap filler fish I am looking to add or just put some of my pond filter media in the tank for a bit which has been running for over a year now

Three months later and she’s cycling I know I know I’m a lazy joke. Did some pond maintenance. Ready for fish in a week or so?air pump was too loud under the stand so I snaked it into the closet

You got a check valve on that air line, friend? I would not want the liquid contents of the tank to make the move to your closet as well...

Well the acrylic lid was a fail. What a waste of $60. Guess I gotta go buy 40 breeder lids

Tank got it’s first few fish. Taking care of my buddies sunfish until his leaky sump is fixed. Kinda contemplating a native tank with smaller species
