40 foot aquarium !

If I were a millionaire I would double the Georgia Aquarium's volume and open a huge skyscraper mall with the floor a giant tank you swim with fish and walk on top of them If I were an infinitesionaire would build a 360°fish world where wherever you go there's a fish in a tank out in the open. I would turn the atmosphere into a giant ocean and the floor too so you had to take a boat everywhere and you could fly upwards encased in an oxygen bubble in a giant ocean with clouds

It's all about looking cool, not actually being very functional. I'm curiouse as to how 40' tall and only 3' deep you're going to get remotely any decent oxygen exchange going on. gonna have to be some impressive flow going on.

That's what I was thinking, and there's also the issue of feeding. There's no way bottom dwellers would be able to get all the way to the surface in time to reach floating food, and sinking food would take so long to sink 40 feet that it would probably get eaten by mid-top swimmers before it reached them. I guess he could just not get any bottom dwellers, but then there wouldn't really be anything to look at on the bottom floor... that setup just doesn't make any sense to me.
