yep ..pretty much ,,but it's an ok tank for ebjd...just make sure it's cycled ...those guys ARE delicate when young

It hasn't leaked been about two hours should be ok to set it up right

Give it overnite...if its good ...go with it:) sometimes it takes a few hours for water to work through a bad seal job

Last dumb question for the day.... sons room has a rug is it ok balance wise to put it there

should actually help ...hard floors suck imo :)

Agreed. I had a tank I checked for leaks, looked good all afternoon and evening... Woke up the next morning to water on the table... it can take a but to show up.

Sound like my house. Floor squeaks a lot less now where my 75 is. Just hope it doesn't collapse under pressure. I was skeptical about putting a 75 on it, can't imagine a 180!

I too worry about tank weight etc, but when you think about it, its probably the equivalent of 6-7 people maximum standing on your floor; which I wouldnt bat an eyelid at

I think floor collapse is overrated as a risk.. BUT if you live in an old house that hasn't had any shoring up in several decades I can see the worry,, but when you stop & think about it, you NEVER hear about anybody that had it happen 1st hand.. it's always"I heard about a guy"....makes me skeptical about the supposed danger:popcorn:

I was in lfs the other day and heard the story about the tank going through the floor. First thing I did was post the question here ! Damn be honest im still worried about putting the big tank in the living room.
