Well if you want one, nobody needs to tell you where to buy it. lol Live aquaria has high prices on alot of fish. Dr. fosters on the other hand is pretty good imo on dry goods.
 
I wld say go wit the lfs the dont crowd tanks and are probly worth the 2 extra dollars. But watch the tank for some time and pick the healthiest one

i might be completely wrong but i think there is a difference between a rubber pleco and a rubber LIP pleco. rubber pleco is another common name for what i believe is the chubby pleco which grow to 8"+ i think while rubber lip only gets to 5"

actually i just confirmed this. If the op meant that rubber pleco for $40 was too expensive becuase petsmart has them for less...petsmart has rubber LIP pleco which is a completely different pleco from a rubber pleco which is what the website is selling for $40.
 
Naw.. Its not worth it.. Rubber for $40.. WTF.. petsmart had them for only 5.99

I bought one before.. until it died on me the next day and i exchanged it for another pleco..
