It's going in my living room on concrete slab, there are no basements in Florida. I would Imagine its like parking a car in the garage. Though I don't know the pressure difference between the stand which I have to make, and the tires.

Well, remember that the weight of a typical car is on 4 very small points in comparison to a tank. You have the whole parameter of the tank supporting weight. I wouldn't worry about it. Just make it level either way!

you'd be looking at roughly 3.5-4k lbs when water is added.

my 300g is approx 3k lbs with water in it. basement floor is holding sturdy you'd be good to go.

I personally think it's a good price plus it's 4 ft wide, nice dimensions.
