Huge update, tank made it upstairs safe. It took 12 guys and a winch.. we decided its well over 1000 pounds.
Fish are still doing well in the pool (fingers crossed)
And epoxy got here and the first coat just made it on the plywood tank the next 2 days I will be putting coats on every 6-8 hours, or whenever it gets tacky so hopefully there is minimal sanding

Just finished up the first 3 coats applying with a brush. The epoxy is already 1/8-1/4in thick. I talked to the sales rep for max acr today because I wanted to make sure I was doing all this right. He said if I don't have air bubbles or something else I messed up with then the epoxy will hold water at .5mil (thick as a paper) so as long as I mixed and applied it right then it sounds like it will hold up fine? Fingers are crossed!
Also I used cement powder die instead of any other tint and thus far it seems to be working. My final coat will be without tint to keep any of the tint from leeching

Looks good so far. You said this is your third plywood build, what methods did you use to seal the first two and why did you choose to go a different route this time?
Yes it would have made a sweet reef. I just don't have the funds for a massive reef, also I have done saltwater before and call me crazy but I find fresh water more entertaining. I like the fish more than the live rock and coral
