I mean total like you put it all on at once. Since you put the last bead yesterday I would give it till tomorrow morning min but that's just me. Heck if you want and feel it's good wait till tonight and go for it. but I would give it more time to be sure but I'm not looking at it and can't tell if it's setup all the way through

Right, but the stuff I put on yesterday was injected from the outside of the glass and sandwiched in the weak spots. But the stuff that will actually come in contact with the water has already cured almost 3 days. That's my only reasoning behind thinking its good now, I guess time will tell lol

Depends on how big a leak, a small pinhole leak may take a day or so to work its way down and start dripping. Anything larger than that should be apparent pretty quickly I'd imagine. Crossing my fingers for you, good luck!!!!

I think Bets should be placed when people build plywood tanks :-) Moderators can keep track of the payouts, lol, I sure hope this hold with no issues.

You and me both buddy! So far so good, tanks now has about 320 gallons in it and is 5 inches from full....
I just noticed my garage floor is further from level than I thought. The tank is about 1/4 inch higher on the front (glass side) than the back and about 3/8 fighter on the left than the right side. Do I dare to keep filling it or will it out too much pressure on the higher sides?

You going to check that thing every hour all night long?
You were off now your back on here

Nope I just went to bed and looked at it in the morning lol.
K everyone... the tank is full as of about 10 in ago, atleast we know it holds to the psi, now we just wait if any pin holes show up (guess the drywall tape is stronger than some of us thought lol)

If it holds for the next 4 days, the steps will be to drill holes for my bulkheads and e the rest of my epoxy to paint the holes ( ill also put more on the top of the take to make it splash resistant).
Take the tank in the basement set it up to the new filtration. Cycle bio for a few days and get the pbass out of the pool into the tank.
If all goes well there will be fish in the tank in 7-10 days
