or something going down the sides of the stone. I think I see something at the bottom that can hold water. Might be algae from the waterfall, like you would see in a pond waterfall, i guess...
i wonder if this is sort a fountain/waterfall type thing? in one of the pics it looks like theres a little "moat" around the tank, and the water drips down rock into that?
