If you haven't bought your acrylic yet, check Laird plastics. My 50"x99"x2" thick cell cast was under $1700.

At 12' x 6' you're going to need thicker than 2" or some serious framing around it.

To get the cost down, have you considering using two or three smaller pieces instead? You could cinder block up one or two columns in the front and do that.

Unfortunately i am not building 100gl.tank, i will take my time and do it wright.if you cant wait,then i am ssssssssso! sorry!:D
