you was right the 600 gallon is only 2 foot tall, i checked the difference on garf and a 120X48X6 was 150 gallon which is the difference between the two.

I was going to build my own all glass 400G it was going to be 3' x 6.5' x 30" I was able to find glass for 450 canadian. This saves a whole lot on cost. I had it priced out as a custom tank and it was $2500.00 I haven't gotten my glass yet but still hoping soon!
The only problem is we live on a rock smack dab in the middle of the ocean. We have to pay for shipping either way. Either for the parts to make one, or for the tank itself.
It just wasn't worth the trouble and piece of mind, plus my wfe wanted me to order one if it held that much water. UH ok honey.
