Is the whole bottom of the tank supported or is just the outer rim supported? I mean is 100% of the bottom Paine touching wood?

I would have not spent 2,000$ to fix that. Most of the time, a cracked tank poses more danger to people and damage to property than just replace it. Also, I cannot sleep thinking at the back of my mind, that tank has already been cracked twice.

Stock is nice!!

I dont really get whats going on with the tank? the bracing seems to be resting on the front/back sheet of glasses rim? not inside?

Base seems to have sheets of glass stick up? you would of been much better having a large panel of glass flat on top. as in remove the extra one already in place thats also cracked I believe? then place a larger sheet cut 2 inches smaller on 1 side on the length and 2 inches smaller on 1 side of the width then apply lots of silicone pushing it inside the crack and all over the glass. this would give much more strength to the base.

I still dont understand why those glass cuts are stand up but? they would provide close to 0 extra strength support.

If the tank cracked on the stand in the same area also I would look into thicker foam - level of the stand etc whats causing the cracks?

First time it cracked it was in December when the movers dropped it. Then I fixed cause it it would be more expensive then replacing the glass then it cracked again as we were placing it on the stand. Because the PVC pipes had to much pressure cause the tank was actually being held up be the bulkhead. Then it started cracking so we quickly put some pipes under it.

If the movers dropped it they should have paid to fix it, the right way. Were the movers friends of yours or hired? I am wondering why the bulkheads are were they are?
