Sorry for the lack or response guys, but I am in Bahia, Brazil on vacation. This is a side view pic of the tank. The water changes are about every 5-7 days. The pumps are 3/4 HP hooked up to 2 different wilm filters. 1 is a 19" glass filter for mechanical & 1 is a 19" biofilter. With their outputs mounted on the opposite side of the tank & the side pictured having a mounted hydor circulation pump, the tank seems to stay super clear… Plus a big 4 bulb U-V from wlim products doesn't hurt the clarity. I siphon out the big Poops into a 5 gallon bucket once a day which is quite a lot… But they all gather in the same area every day from the current so it is super easy. I'll check on here more in a day or 2. By the way, if any of you travel & have a hard time with locked phones, get Magic Jack. I am talking business from Brazil like my phone is in North Carolina! No long distance & perfect reception.

Man that tank is a beauty! As well as the fish inside. What kind of lights are you using? I have similar looking sand but it doesn't look that good under my lights. WOW!
