my second ac110 showed up this morning :)

now if only the tank was ready....
 
Looks like they just changed their policy. Here is the reply I got from Petsmart:


Thank you for your email regarding our price matching policy.
Your local store will price match with other land based stores as long as the price is not a clearance or sale price. PetSmart will price match with www.PetSmart.com , but no other websites.
PetSmart.com will price match with other websites as long as the price is not a sale or clearance price. PetSmart.com will also pricematch with PetSmart land based stores.

man i just got my ac110 in and it is scratched and smashed. So now i have to wait for a shipping label, and then another 7-10 business days for another one... That and the florescent bulb i got was already broken too i received half a bulb?! This is my first time ordering from them and man my first impression sucks.
 
I just picked up a AC110 from petsmart on saturday and was told that as of the 15th of this month they will no longer price match competitors prices, only petsmart.com. Glad I got it when I did. I should have bought a few but they only had the one in stock.

sometimes things happen, ive ordered almost all my stuff from drs. F&S, proboably around $3000 worth of stuff, and i have only recieved one broken filter from them. they sent the replacement filter out the day i called them no questions asked, i got the new filter before i got the prepaid return label for the damaged filter. by far one of the best companies to deal with for many pet needs.

I am glad that I still have my 39.99 AC110 petsmart print out. :naughty:
