Also I ordered one on Wednesday and they sent me a shipment confirmation on Thursday. No mention of backorder or split shipment. If Mine did indeed ship then maybe I got the last one. What luck would that be. Also ordered a 50 and weight for package was almost ten pounds. So I think Both are on the way. Wooo hooo! Can't wait as I am ready to throw the filter on my tank at the wall.
 
Mine just came in today :) It was packaged very nicely and sealed. I do however seem to be having fitment issues. It wont fully seat onto my 90 gallon tank because of the trim at the top being too wide. I may have to take a dremel tool to touch it up because it only needs to be trimmed a millimeter or so for it to slide over the edge. Always something. There is a VERY fine crack in the casing at the top, where the water flows out of the unit. I put some water on top of it and it doesn't appear to be leaking so thats good. It's nice to know there's a life time warrenty on all aquaclear filters though!
 
Update: I got the filter to seat flush on the tank by taking a small amount off of the trim. The VERY fine crack at the top of the casing is still not leaking so that's a good thing. However, I have found a problem with the inlet tube, at the top, it appears to be letting air into it. Which is causing the unit to run loudly. I tried fixing this by applying a layer of silicone around the top portion of the tube but have had to luck. I may be shipping this product back for a replacement. For those of you that have received your filter, I would recommend CLOSELY examining it and running each one to make sure there are no problems.

These are no longer discounted. At least, I couldn't get it to work :( But I copied and pasted the number....
