45 gallon african cichlid tank??

I would like to start an African cichlid tank in a 45 gallon tank and was curious as to what my stocking options would be as I'm more into American cichlids and wanted to try something new, please help?!?!

Try a couple groups of mbuna yellow labs Rusty's so on so fourth there's 100's. And most species male and females show color unlike a lot of haps and peacocks.

Saulosi would be perfect, I have a colony of 18 in a 40 gallon breeder, they stay very small

You could do a trio 1m and 2 f of yellow blaze z rock and a trio of some lemon jakes. Also a bn pleco and maybe three petricola catfish. Just do a lot of rock work like texas holey rock

Could I have peacock cichlids? I want
some blues, and if I did saulosi I think I might not get exactly what I want.. what are lemon Jake's and yellow blaze look like
