No your floor is not designed to hold it. Check out the pic below. This would be a good idea for you.

Floor joists are thick, and can hold quite a bit depending on distribution, but I still don't think I'd setup the tank without putting floor/jack posts under them.

Not sure what pic you r talking about, but you can get them in a variety of lengths 24" and up.
