resealing isn't that hard,
I'd suggest after stripping the old silicone off, lay a straight beed down then use a quarteror 1/2 dollar, to run along the beed touching the edges of the coin to both glass pains, and that makes a perfect factory looking seal and it takes no time.
Took me about an hr to do a 180 that was 96X18X24
