i have had pretty good luck with just not cleaning my filters out for a few weeks before the move. then when i break it down, i leave the water in the canisters and just take the hoses off the disconect valves and leave the valves shut so water dont get everywere. the left over crap in the dirty filters produces enough ammonia to keep the BB going for a few days at least. when i set up the tank again, it goes through a mini cycle but usually clears in a week or so.

Is it something that people would be viewing from above? If so, wouldn't it be better to get some fish that like to stay near the top of the tank? I'm thinking a gar of some type. I know I would just sit and stare at a tank that had a gar in it. It would be a great draw for customers.

Have it set up like a bait shop tank right now. He wanted a place for the bullheads. Will be hooking up filtration in about a week
