My basement stays around 65 in the summer I'd get a pair of trout maybe tigers or rainbows, crenicichla vittata and maybe some Uruguay cichla and whatever else is interesting. Maybe add a water cow check those out if you haven't seen one in person I had a 14 incher that hand feed and was very active, tank was unheated too
