You might want to put some foam insulation board in the bottom under your liner to keep from losing heat through the concrete thats how I did my pond

I plan on using thin foam all around just to add protection for the liner, but my hope is that i do get the cold from the concrete floor, ill be keeping Minnesota natives so cold is how we like it!
