48" lighting with legs in So Cal Pickup or Delivery

does it come with all the accessories? and can that rust be removed somehow? it looks as though the reflectors dont shine to well.

Rust can come off with a bit of work. If you commit to buying, I may be able to take care of that for you... its just from the metal part of the legs because I didn't use the plastic leg holder things.

The reflectors just have some water spots on it, it would take 2min to wipe clean if the bulbs were removed...

I have the leg attachment things to make it stand over the tank but I never used them because I liked the light closer to the water... (plants)
