jcardona1 - this is partly my fault. I asked the potential buyers if they really want it, they can see the tank now before it is cleaned up. Since I wont have the tank and sump cleaned out until this weekend. They opted to wait until this weekend to see it and possibly purchase it.

House64 - The tank has been outdoors less than year. It sits in my office courtyard under the shade year round. No direct sunlight hits it.
