This is my fibreglass tank.. currently housing some ray pups...

I intend to get some tall plants that can be used as pothos... the plants ideally will be slotted behind the filter box into the tank as this will provide some decor in the tank as well as the wall behind the tank

Currently I can only think of using lucky bamboo but would wish to know if there are other tall plants that can be used

Attached a pic for an idea of what I am looking for and if there are similar plants I can use

I want it to come out of the tank thus the 4ft requirement... 2ft is the tank height and 1ft is the filter box height

Depending on your lighting. Take a look at available pond plants in your area. Most demand intense lighting but can give you effect you are hoping for.

My tank is outside, not much lighting at night but exposed to sun in the day..

Thought of cattails and horsetails but they require soil. . Would prefer something that needs water only

Thanks will check if we have papyrus here

Just checked, Mangrove is not available here
