unfortunatly my location being in australia makes it almost impossible to find all the range and brands you guys can, i dont belive ice cap have a distributor here.,
my only real options unless i just use shop fitters,. are aqua one, aquamedic or arcadia
aquamedic products are in my price range im just unsure of the quality as i have not heard many people speak of this brand

for a 4x2x2 with the intention of SPS would you recommend 250w or 400w metal halide
my other option would be a 4x18x2
could i get away with 250w lighting on a tank of this size?
because i think 400w is where i have to draw the line
