How about endlers livebearers or celestial pearl danios, or some kind of micro rasbora. There are lots of tiny fish. You could even keep a decent sized school of some of them.

haha yeah they will probably nuke each other,
but i could do a brineshimpery tank, just to have and to have some live food for my other fish
what do you guys think, i also might go vampire shrimp instead

Get a few Dario Dario. They're gorgeous little fish that only get .75" long.
