Cheers for the comments guys. You'll all be pleased to hear that 36hrs later and the tank is back to normal NTT is fine and feeding as are my group of XXXL Clown Loach, I gave myself some retail therapy today to consol myself and bought another monster CL - 8" female. I also found a nice fat 5" AT but resisted the temptation!

Sucks learning the hard way multiple heaters, multiple filters the only way to go ,its like having insurance.

that sucks that happened to me a few years ago i did a water change and forgot to plug back in the hob filter and my 5 inch dat was gone i hand fed that guy
