it really depends on your personal taste, i would go with a breeding group of African dwarf frogs (small tank makes it easier to meet their feeding needs) and maybe a small group of white clouds

this is my favourite suggestion, these frogs are very intresting to watch, although they are very motionless in the day time, when it starts getting darker they begin to get quite active and very entertaining and see if you can find some long-fin golden white clouds, very pretty fish
I would do a planted tank with a single Pea Puffer, along with Shrimp and Snails as food for the puffer.
