wrong, there are some that are very poetic...tupac took alot of poetry in college hes a super deep dude...nas knows alot about ancient history, i agree most are ignorant but there are a few really smart guys with good vocabulary mixed in with slang u just gotta listen to there lyrics

Check out some of Necro's stuff. He's done songs w/ Jamey Jasta for a song called "Push it to the limit" and he's done a lot of songs with Igor from Sepultura. His last album Death Rap is pretty good
