get a congo puffer. boring until feeding time, which should be right after you are done acclimating him to the tankor you could do some amazon puffers, they're pretty sweet.

How big of a tank for some small puffers?

you could do some dwarves (10 or so), some amazons (2 or 3), a congo, or some figure 8s if you want to go brackish.
