That easy huh..?? Mine won't even come close to fitting through the front and I'm only over gaping my glass 1 1/2"..?? Maybe I'm missing something here

Do you have your glass and have tried yet? Or you just figuring on doing it that way?

Here... Look at these images of the only way I can get my glass in the tank with it fully built out..

I'll have to modify my top to leave the room I need to barely squeak the glass in.. And getting it through the front isn't an option for me...Too big. my glass is 81"x22"

How are you going to get your glass pane in, Appears your top is fastened down and your fully built out..?? This is what I'm dealing with now on my build.. If I put the top on, I don't think I will be able to get my 81"x22'' glass inside to install..

Through my access holes on the top. My access holes are 26.50 inches wide. My glass will be 24 inches wide. Fitting my glass into aquarium wont be a problem, mines has plenty room. I've checked out the angle already. You can kind of see it in this picture

Ok, before I start, I was wondering if someone could tell me how much gal my aquarium really is. My original dimensions was 500 gal, but I've changed it a little. I keep calling it a 500 gal, but it's not. My aquarium size now is 96Lx30Hx34.5W.
I just finished cutting out viewing panel hole last night. This morning I was able to finish putting together my stand. If I can pickup a respirator today, I'll start laying out my fiberglass glass.

So with 3/4" walls this tank is 430 gallons. You can PM one of this forums Mods and have them correct the title of this thread to read 430 gallon if you wanted too. I had them change mine.

Looking good so far!
