500 Gallon Native Tank

I love how the last 20 seconds shows the turtle snacking on a redear in the back lol. Great stock. Makes me want to do natives!!

got me another decent bluegill for my project today... still looking for a nice redbreast though!

All the fish are gone, I got the Ultima 10K filter, 500 is drained, 125 is sold, native fish are now in the 265, 500 will be redesigned tomorrow, filled up about 1/4 way and drained again to get as much junk out as possible, then filled up all the way, clean the filters, reroute the wires under than stand, remove all the but one heater, and then start to catch more fish :)
 
Sick.. can't wait to see this thing up and running.

I dont know who it survived but this morning while getting the fish out, my spotted rapheal was stuck in a log and couldnt get him out. I put it on top of the tank, well I forgot about it....came home 12 hours later and the catfish was still in the log, and moving, I quickly put him in the tank and he was just fine, his outer slime coat came off since it was dry and he swims like nothing ever happen :)


Ive got all the rocks and plants out of the floor trying to figure out a layout ;)
