we are getting it sprayed with polyurea and it drys fast.

no I don't have to feed from the back. For the lid there are going to be 6 pieces of glass. a 12'' piece for the front part and a 29'' piece for the back so I just have to slide the 12'' piece and feed from the front.

Very cool. I recall reading about polyurea a couple of years back, someone was planning to use it but I don't think MFK ever heard the results. Do you have a quote for the spraying? Be interesting to know how it stacks up against the other coatings for value and durability and so on.

You plan on coating the outside of the tank in this as well?

If not, what is your plan for dressing up the exterior of the tank?

Also any reason you didn't do 1 or 2 side panes?
