Did you buy an industial sized water pipe and cut into the side to make the rectangular extension for the window? Or is it part of a dust extractor? Basically how did you make that cool arse tank, and what it cost you? That is a fantastic idea to use HPDE, I didnt think they did mouldings that big...here they are concrete...I've been toying with the idea of sinking one in the garden for an instant pond!

Okay, I'm with you now...I never even knew you could buy it in sheets...And to fit the window you used bulkheads and a rubber gasket? I'm glad you posted this as it may have helped me a lot...your a star! How thick is the HDPE?

The HDPE is 10 mm thick and yes that is the way the window is connected. It is not possible to glue PE, thus it is the only way.
