The amount of buce is nuts!!
Its getting there slowly, even the “mini” species are growing slightly larger leaves and starting to spread more...

So guessing maybe 2 more months and hopefully should have a good half the tank filled with buce...

Re-arranged the buce placement a bit as they were all growing quite well and needed more space between some of them... not to mention helps fill out the area more nicely adding a nice range of colors...

Couldnt help but trim the background plants again to keep it lower when its fully red again lol...

Blues starting to show through nicely, needs a bit more to really make that side pop though.
Completely agree, really hoping now that i spread the plants out more that they’ll start filling out the areas more effectively...

Kind of how thw Buce “Blue Metallica” has...

What’s the name of the Buce in the last pic of Post #129. It forms a dense carpet that’s more greenish than other Buce.

I have different variety of Buce, but after a while, they blend in and I have hard time remembering the names. It would be informative if you remember the names and label them.

Lol, over time i’ve actually got to remember all the named buces in my tank based on where i placed them so labels have come out...

The one you are asking about im 90% sure is Bucephalandra “Blue Metallica”

Right now its got more hints of green in it, but im hoping with more iron being added i can bring more of the blues out, as there are hints of blue on some of the leaves already...
