First post AND build so go easy on me. I’ve read so much info on this site so to start off I want to say thanks to everyone for the amount of knowledge and experience shared. The only thing about this build I am not confident about is the dimensions I want to go with. My plans are using all 1” cast acrylic panels with weld-on #40 and yes it will be euro braced also with 1”. Front, rear and bottom panels will be 84”x36”. Sides will be 34”x36”. The tank will be assembled as a box then placed on top of and adhered to the bottom essentially as 1 piece. Finally the bracing will be adhered last. I like the tilt method mentioned by Wednesday13 so thanks for that info(if possible, I would appreciate all tips and tricks that y’all can contribute on top of what I’ve read). Do y’all think these dims will hold the water pressure with the 1” cast panels ?

1 inch panels is what's recommended for tanks that are 36 inch high so you're good especially if you're going to reinforce the seams with weldon 40 tip and pour method.

I am curious as to how you're going to initially glue the panels together with the weldon 40 tho

To be honest, I really don’t know how to do it at all and am continuously researching without much luck. Any suggestions on a different approach to seeming the panels? Or am I on the right track with the WO 40?

I read as much as I can find from Wednesday13 posts but he really seems to know his stuff so I’d like to follow his instructions but can’t seem to find an exact build process.

Try sending him a message. I sent him a message prior to reinforcing a tank and he responded quickly with very good information
