You’ll get to, just set it as a life goal to keep you motivated. I felt the same way when I was your age and couldn’t wait. Finally, 9 years later I have a 300 gallon and 550 gallon. One of the few initial perks of moving out haha

I’m going to echo to set it as a goal. I wanted nearly 20 years and my 8x4x2’ arrived right before Christmas. Got married in February and still working out a couple things on the setup before adding my rays that I have bought over the last year. My first rays nearly 15 years ago were retic/teacups, and one life dream is becoming a reality. I’m just blessed to have found a woman that supports my addiction!

look up joey: the king of diy. he is on you tube and I would think most have heard of him. he builds a lot of tanks and has good tutorial videos.
