Congo tetras are very pretty and the have a monster craving for food!!!

And they look nice (and live well) with leopard bushfish, Ctenopoma acutirostre... I would go for this combo, and choose a bottom dweller. Maybe some little cats or a few loaches. One red-tailed shark or an algae eater (SAE, CAE, FF...) are another options.
