Generally speaking, MORE powerheads of LESSER power is better.

But stiff flow is good, no dead spots, and you want a decent amount of surface action in my mind...keeps your tank a little cooler, gives sweet shimmer lines with the right lighting and aerates.

Maybe I am just being nosy but do you have two threads going on right now about the same tank?

absoloutley, its awsome... im having one more formated but i know its over kill dgaf. i learned tons today it was a good reefer day hahaha. found a light, powerheads, looking for structure rock still or live rock and a diy sump and wanna understand the refruium in the sump and protien skimmer aswell.. what im trying to say is do all of them sit in the sump together obvi it depends on the design but still.
