55 gal starter

I’ve got my 55 gallon here with a few small guys that’ll soon be huge! They get along so far although I do realize the tank is slightly small. I am getting a larger tank ASAP and will divide them at that point. I’ve tried to divide the tank with plants and rocks and give lots of places to hide. What could I do to help make this tank more suitable until I’m able to provide better homes

DIY a Divider
You could buy a section of plastic light diffuser aka plastic egg crate from Home Depot or Lowe's and measure then snip off the size You need.

Which fish should I put with which? I have 2 Red Devils 3.5-4”, 1 Oscar 3” and what look like a blood parrot but has more Cichlid in it I think because it’s mouth is closed.. it’s about 1”

The 1 inch Blood Parrot is possibly in danger from being eaten by the Oscar. After reading your thread again I would leave be due to space needed for territory. Keep your eyes on the Red Devils they may become aggressive soon and harrass the less aggressive juvenile Oscar. You probably will be rehoming even with the larger aquarium depends on how large were talking about.

Yes I can see the devils showing some aggression towards the Oscar although he stands up for himself. I seem to have both a male and a female devil. The small parrot is the least bothered and most active fish in my tank I’m quite surprised.
