well I will answer my own question and say that it is ok to run water so far threw the check valve, system is finally leak free and is on a drip of 3 drips per second as of now, i'm just gonna let it flow threw a couple of water changes then slowly drop the rate after awhile..

Added a Youtube video of 195 tank and 55 sump and my other 120 tank with 29 sump.

how's the acrylic panel doing right now still attached?
 
yep everything is still running and looking good, all the panels that are siliconed in spot have not moved or bowed, even when power is off and sump is full nothing flex's that I can see, also I siliconed both sides of each panel in the beginning or as much as I could get too, cause that thought did cross my mind about them takeing off or bowing. but glad to say everythings still working just fine

I don't have a durso pipe, I have 2 intank box overflows

I think I saw one in ur last video on ur overflowbox not sure what tank it was in.
