I don't mind you're input but some of you can be rude!
I going to think of another stock but I know for sure that I'm getting the fire eel, BGK, balzini, so maybe another school of cichlids would be nice but i don't want any more earth eaters...
I havent read a response to this thread that I would consider rude. It already seems like you've decided on the stock of this tank from the beginning and asked for everyone's opinion. Just know that our opinions will vary since we've kept fish under different envirnoments. Also understand that every fish, especially cichlids, WILL vary in personality and behavior. I think the best advice we can give you is to UNDERSTAND the basic parameters each species of fish needs to thrive and ATTEMPT to recreate that environment, whether it be PH, water temperature, and/or tankmates. I say try the stock you desire (making sure it isnt overstocked severely) and see what happens! Just be ready to move/sell/trade-in fish that are not compatible. I personally think your best set-up would be a fully planted tank with a nice centerpiece (ie driftwood or stonework) and have a nice group of Balzaniis, large shoal of deep bodied tetras, a small group of clown loaches. It may be difficult to completely match tankmates due to the Balzaniis parameters being that they are from "cooler waters" but it NEVER hurts to TRY!
