for the 100? They get too large for a 75 but will be ok in a 100. AS long as the 100 is 5ft+ you should be ok. :)

Ok. I understand about the biotope. Do you want to do high tech or low tech? How much are you willing to spend on a light and substrate?

Is it inert? What is the model/brand of the light?
 
Do you have pictures? Chances are that it wont grow anything.
