Alright, do anyone know if pike cichlids would work maybe with some other cichlids in a 55 or is that a bad idea?

Anyhoo BOT, If you like cichlids, you could go with a pair of Jack dempseys or GTs.

Dwarf pikes, but yes. Dwarf or orange pike cichlids only grow to 6", so you can keep around 3 in there with perhaps a blue acara or come convict/firemouth cichlids
