It's the logo for the Blue lantern corp. I am a huge comic book nerd and the Green lantern books are my absolute favorite. So when I decided to get an EBJD I couldn't help but go with the Blue Lantern theme.

You should start a line of 55 gal tanks themed for each Corps with appropriate colored fish!! lol

I've been thinking about that actually. I have been thinking about getting a 40 gallon breeder or another 55 gallon for my rainbows and doing an Orange lantern themed tank. Unfortunately my male who I named Larfleeze is a very abusive mate and I had to separate them. So we will see what happens.
