55 gallon peaceful tang tank

Hello,
It's been decided that I'm going to wait until I actually have a 180 gallon to get some petros, leaving the 55 open for some more fish! Right now all I have is my kigoma front, (who I have started the refer to as my "dog") and he will stay in this tank for life, unless he looks cramped. Ive mentioned before my buddies "mini" (8-10 inch versus 10-12 inch) frontosa project. Anyway, I wanted to check in and ask about some planned stock.

1x Kigoma Frontosa
8x Xenotilapia
4x Gold Head Comps
5x Julidochromis Transcriptus

Any thoughts?

the front will get way too big for the 55.

and when the comps are fully grown they will be territorial so 55 isnt much space for them same with the judilochromis except they will be worse when they pair to the other judilochromis.

No. There isn't enough room for a frontosa, even if they are only 8". Wouldn't exactly call it peaceful either.

get rid off the kigoma and youll be good to go.

Your mix won't work. Too many fish, too little tank. The frontosa will eventually eat the xenos and possibly the julies if he can catch them.

If this set up won't work, maybe I'll scrap this idea and return the front, then start out with a colony just of xenos.
