55 gallon question

I curretly have a 55 gallon that has a male JD, male convict and a firemouth not sure what he is as of yet and a pleco I was wondering what kind of school fish I could get not to sure right now.

tetras, rainbows, silver dollars, clown loaches. Most any schooling fish as long as you don't mind them taking a beating.

Any other sugestions eighter schooling fish or maybe even a another SA/CA cichlid I kind alike the salvani's or something like that.

I have a 55 gallon with similar fish and I have a nice school of giant danios they are not bad looking and very fast my other fish gave up on trying to catch them awhile ago

I hear that Bueanos Aires Tetras are pretty tough.

I do kinda like the giant danios what would you recomend for a school of them like 3-4.

get 5 of either the danios or silver dollars

I have the same setup with silver dollars that stay on the small side.I would ditch the pleco if its the kind that get huge and put in its place a pictus cat.I never tried giant dianos but hear they work great.

I've seen bucktoothed tetras in a pirahna tank but this time it might be your cichlids taking a beating. they like to take off little pieces of scales if they aren't fed well.

Are pictus cats like pleco's that clean the tank or diffrent Im not to sure about them havent had much expeince with them.
